Thoughts have the power to dictate when we do things, how we do things, and how much we punish ourselves for our decisions. This is something I’ve been struggling with lately, letting my thoughts control my outcome. I don’t mean logical and rational thoughts. I’m talking about the kind of thoughts that eat away at your confidence, pick at imperfections, and punish you with an endless cycle of insecurities until you become your own worst enemy.   The weight is heavy.  The struggle is constant.
